两种内固定治疗锁骨骨折疗效分析

目的：探讨克氏针内固定和重建钛板治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效。方法：回顾分析比较1999年至2007年97例锁骨骨折用两种内固定治疗方法治疗67例的临床资料。结果：克氏针组优良率为85.1%,重建钛板组优良率为95%。结论：重建钛板内固定疗效可靠,可作为临床首选。

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effects of Two Inside-fixed Methods in Treating Broken Collarbones

Objective: To probe into the therapeutic effects of the inside-fixed Ke's needle approach and the restored titanium lath treatment in the treatment of broken collarbones in the middle part.Methods: By reviewing the treatment history of broken collarbones since from 1999 to 2007.97 cases using these two methods were analyzed and compared.Results: 85.1% of the cases using Ke's needle approach achieved the best therapeutic results,while the percentage of the cases applying the restored titanium lath treatment was 95%.Conclusions: The restored titanium lath treatment was reliable and it should be the best choice.
