互补推挽功放电路自举电容的作用

摘    要:本文对互补推挽功放电路中自举电容的作用作了深入地分析讨论及实验验证,结果表明,自举电容具有扩展电路动态范围,提高功放电流增益及电压推动级增益,提高功放电路效率,改善电路性能之功能。

Abstract:The function of the bootstrap-capacity in the complementary push-pullpower amplifier is deeply analysed and discussed, and is tested in experiment. The resultsshow that :The bootstrap-capacity has the functions of extending dynamic range of thecircuit,raising the gain of the power amplifier current and that of the voltage-amplifierstage,raising the efficiency of the power amplifier and improving circuit characteristic.
