| 摘 要： | 现代篮球教学训练是对运动员体力、技术、心理和智力等因素的共同开发,心理因素对创造运动成绩起着重要作用.本文旨在用试验结果和教学经验制定的综合心理训练方法,丰富常规教学手段,并在篮球教学中提高心理训练的作用提出建议.

| Abstract: | The modern training of basketball teaching plays an important role in the developing and psycholosy and intellect.In the essay,authors work out the ways of psychological traning according to the results of experiment and teaching experience and put farward some suggestions on how to improve the effect of psychological training in the basketball teaching. |
