| 摘 要： | 目前常用的昆虫标本制作方法存在着一定的缺陷,不利于标本的观察及长期保存.本文简单地介绍了“人工琥珀”昆虫标本的制作流程并探讨了其在昆虫分类实验教学及野外实习中的应用,为无脊椎动物学实验教学改革提供参考.

| Abstract: | There are lots of flaws in the commonly used preparation method of insect specimens as it is not convenient for observation and long- term preservation. In this paper the preparation process of ＂artificial amber＂ insect specimens is briefly described and the application of ＂artificial amber＂ insect specimens in the teaching of insect taxonomy and field practice is discussed. It might provide a reference for the teaching reforms of invertebrate experiments. |
