福州市土地可持续利用评价

土地可持续利用是一个地区社会经济持续发展的基础,衡量地区土地利用是不是可持续的,就需要对城市土地利用系统进行定量的科学评价.运用土地利用动态度、信息熵、均衡度和集中度等指标研究福州市的土地利用数量及结构变化；然后从土地利用社会效益、经济效益和生态效益三个方面建立指标体系,利用综合集成赋权法对福州市土地利用的可持续性进行评价. 结果显示：研究期间内福州市的土地可持续利用评价值处于逐年上升趋势.

SUSTAINABLE EVALUATION OF LAND USE IN FUZHOU

Sustainable land use is the foundation of sustainable social and economic development in a region, measuring whether the regional land - use is sustainable or not, we thus need to evaluate the urban land use system scientific quantitatively. The land use dynamic attitude, information entropy, balanced degree and concentration of such indicators are used to research land use quantity and structure change of Fuzhou. Then the index system from three aspects of the land utilization of social benefit, economic benefit and ecological efficiency is set up, and the su＇stainability of land use in Fuzhou by method of integrated weighting is evaluated. The result shows that the sustainable evaluation value of land utilization in Fuzhou is in increasing trend during the study period.
