中国四大板块区域经济差异分析

区域经济差异历来是区域经济学科重要的研究方向,中外学者从不同方面,采用不同方法,进行了各有特色的研究,但是结合国家发展规划,具体针对四大板块的研究却并不多见.笔者以四大板块为研究对象,采用变异系数,对四大区域内部以及区域间的发展差异进行了分析.通过分析,我们得出：全国人均GDP水平差异主要源于地区间差异,20世纪90年代以来全国地区间差异呈上升趋势,但2001年以后明显趋缓,且于2003年出现反转迹象,这表明我国区域经济协调发展政策起到了重要作用,同时也预示着我国区域差异正处于倒U型曲线的顶端,已经开始步入一个持续缩小的新阶段.

REGIONAL ECONOMIC DISPARITY IN CHINA

Regional economic development discrepancy has always been the key research domain in recent years, and a large number of achievements have been made in the domain. In order to study the regional economic development discrepancy more effectively, the authors summarize and analyze the achievements systematically. The overall regional disparity which was owing to the disparity among four regions increased in 1990s, but the increasing trend of regional disparity obviously changed smoothly after 2001 and presented some appearance of turnover in 2003, which suggested the active fiscal policy which had implemented had significant effects on improving regional economic concordant development, implying the regional disparity may lie on the top of the curve of inverted＂ U＂ and has started entering the new stages of declining.
