山东省淄川区水资源价值灰色综合评价

摘    要:为加强水资源管理,解决水资源供需矛盾,完善水资源价值理论,对水资源价值系统进行了深入的研究,采用灰色综合评判方法对水资源价值进行了评价.以淄川区为例,选取了三个水源地的数据作为原始数据,对这些数据和灰类进行无量纲化,然后计算了聚类权重和聚类系数,通过构造聚类向量得到了淄川区水质所属的灰类.最后分析了影响水资源价值的因素,从每种因素选取了一个代表作为评价要素,得出了水资源的价格,为水资源的合理定价提供了可靠的理论依据.

Abstract:In order to strengthen water resources management, solve the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources and perfect water resource value theory, we research the water resource value system and evaluate the water resource value using the grey synthetical evaluation method. Taking Zichuan District for example, we choose three waterhead areas'data as initial data and make them dimensionless. We then calculate the clustering weight and cluster coefficient and get the gray cluster Of the water in Zichuan District by building clustering vector. Finally, we analyze the elements affecting water resource value and choose a representative in the elements as factor for evaluating and then get the price of water resource, providing theoretical bases for reasonable price of the water resource.
