水消声器阻力损失仿真研究

摘    要:分析了水管路消声器阻力损失的产生机理,采用CFX5软件建立了五种水消声器模型,对它的稳态流场进行了模拟、仿真,得到了五种结构的水消声器在不同流量下的阻力损失,得到了与实验数据相近的计算结果,同时,误差基本控制在5%以下,说明用CFX5计算水消声器的阻力损失是可行的.

Abstract:The mechanism of resistance loss of a silencer used in seawater pipeline is analyzed. The models of five types of water silencers with different structures are formed, stead flow is simulated and resistance loss of fives type of water silencers with different mass flow are calculated by CFX5. And the simulation results are very close to the experimental ones. Besides, the error is basically in 5%. It is concluded that it is feasible to calculate the resistance loss of a seawater silencer by CFX5.
