| 摘 要： | 宋代是中国封建社会承前启后、继往开来的转折时期，这一时期出现了许多不同于前代的社会特点，而这些时代特点与当时官员的经济犯罪有着极为密切的联系，文章以这两者之间的联系作为观察问题的视角，力图使人们对宋代官员的经济犯罪情况有一个更清楚的认识。

| Abstract: | The Song dynasty is a turning point of China feudal society. At the period, there are lots of social characteristics different from those of previous dynasties.The characteristics relate to official economy crimes closely. In order to let people know the official economy crimes in Song dynasty more clearly, the article researches the problem from the relationship between the crime and the period characteristics. |
