健身俱乐部会员及其满意度的调查研究

摘    要:采用文献资料法及问卷调查法对我国健身俱乐部会员的基本状况、健身参与时间、时段和时数、健身动机,以及对健身俱乐部服务质量的满意度进行调查.结果表明,目前多数俱乐部会员对于晚上健身场所过分拥挤表示不满;在健身动机层面,会员对健身设施、氛围及精神需求的满意度高于提供人际交往环境和技能指导的满意度;在服务质量层面上,对显性服务的满意度高于对隐性服务和技能服务的满意度.

Abstract:Using the research method of literature and questionaires, the present paper has made an analysis of the clubs members' actualities, time for exercise, motivation and satisfaction with service quality. The results have revealed that the most club numbers are not satisfied with too many people coming and crowdedness at night, in the lay of motivation, members are more satisfied with the facility, the environment and the spiritual need than the interpersonal environment and the skill instruction. When it comes to service quality, they are more satisfied with implicit service than explicit service and skill service.
