滚齿机上粗切蜗杆螺旋齿面的工艺措施

摘    要:为了解决传统的车床车削大模数多头蜗杆效率低的问题,提出了在滚齿机上粗切蜗杆螺旋齿面的加工方法,提高了加工效率。给出了滚齿机调整参数的计算方法和指形铣刀的设计方法,并对蜗杆精车方法提出了可借鉴的措施。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low working efficiency of large module multi-thread worms in turning worms on lathe, a working method of roughing cutting helix tooth face of worms on gear hobbing machine is proposed in this article to increase the efficiency. The calculation method of regulating parameters of gear hobbing machine and the design method of finger-type gearmilling cutter are offered. Some methods for finish turning worms and parameters of tooling layout are presented.
