摘    要:开放实验对培养学生的实践能力、创新能力和综合素养具有重要作用。文章针对我国烹饪与营养教育专业实验教学的特点与不足,探讨了烹饪专业开放实验教学模式的构建以及取得的教学效果。

Abstract:Opening experiment plays a very important role in improving students' ability in practice,creative ability and comprehensive quality.This paper attempts to present the characteristics and the problems in experimental teaching of cuisine and nutrition education,then it discusses the construction of teaching model and the teaching effect in opening experiment of cuisine and nutrition education.
