| Abstract: | Opening experiment plays a very important role in improving students＇ ability in practice,creative ability and comprehensive quality.This paper attempts to present the characteristics and the problems in experimental teaching of cuisine and nutrition education,then it discusses the construction of teaching model and the teaching effect in opening experiment of cuisine and nutrition education. |
