广东省普通高校大学生课外体育态度和体育行为的研究

运用文献资料、问卷调查和统计分析等方法,对广东省普通高校大学生课外体育态度和体育行为进行调查.结果表明：广东省普通高校大学生对参加课外体育活动的态度积极,活动的频度较高;强身健体、消遣娱乐是其参与课外体育活动的主要动机;体育意识淡薄、体育场地设施不足、体育场馆的收费以及课外体育活动的组织不力和缺乏锻炼的指导是影响广东省普通高校大学生参加课外体育活动的主要因素.

Study on extracurricular sports behaviors and sports attitudes of college students in Guangdong province

By imptementing the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire and statistical analysis,this papermakes investigation on extracurricular sports attitudes and behaviors of college students in Guangdong province.The result shows that college students in Guangdong province paticipate avtively as their major motivations.It argues that the main factors that affect college students'paticipation in extracurricular physical activity are the lack of sports awareness,sports facility and organizing,the charges of stadiums and the inadequate professional instruction.
