精密轴承钢球纳米级表面粗糙度的测量与评定

摘    要:利用原子力显微镜在纳米(10~(-9)m)级尺度上测量了小轴承钢球的表面结构。为了评定这种三维测量的表面形貌,我们建议使用下列参数:R_a,R_q,R_y和t_p。文中讨论了与此有关的几个问题。

Abstract:The surface structure of a small bearing ball is measured by means of Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM) on nanometer scale. In order to evaluate the surface quality of this kind of three dimensional measurement, the following parameters are suggested: R_a,R_q R_y and t_p. Some questions related to this choice are discussed in this paper.
