| Abstract: | The finite difference method (FDM) is used in the present paper to solve the two-dimensional fluid flows for the case of shock's motion in a section-changed shocktube. Two kinds of fluid flows are investigated, which correspond to the static and supersonic initial flow conditions respectively. Numerical results are analysed and compared with existing experimental ones. |
