正交设计法在无火焰AAS中的应用

摘    要:以无火焰AAS法测定岩石中Sr含量试验为例,采用正交设计法选定各种因素的最佳参数。本文做了三次正交设计,进行了44次试验。通过直观分析、方差分析、判断因素变化趋势、估计误差和用数理统计的方法处理数据,选择出最佳测试条件。这一方法省时有效。

Abstract:The optimum parameters are seleted by means of orthogonal design for determination of Sr concentration in rock samples by flame-free AAS. 44 measurements in 3 sets of orthogonally designed experiments were performed with good results. In addition, variation trends caused by different factors and uncertainties can be evaluated by direct analysis and variance analysis, data can be processed by mathematical statistics in orthogonal design. Therefore, the results are more reliable. This paper is a good beginning of the application of orthogonal design in different fields.
