| Abstract: | Transgenic technique refers to transferring gene into and expressing in receptor organisms or cells. The particle bombardment is an important transgenic technique. In this paper, background of this technique is recalled,and transgenic principles, factors affected gene transfer, advantages and disadvantages as well as developmental prospects of the technique are reviewed. |
