关于无锡城区旧建筑及历史风貌街区的调查研究

最近20余年来，无锡城区近300万平方米的各类旧建筑被“无情”地拆除，其中不乏有价值的老房子及具有无锡地域特征的历史风貌街区。作者以建筑滨方法对无锡城区目前遗存的旧建筑和历史风貌待区进行了调查和专业意义上的分析，提出了无锡新的城市建设应注意城市传统肌理的继承与发展，加强街区空间尺度的控制，注重传统单体空间建构意象在建筑设计中的运用，以及对有价值的旧建筑的循环再利用和历史街区的整体保护等观点。

A Probe into Old Buildings and Historically-featured Streets in Urben Area of Wuxi

Since 1980, various kinds of old buildings of nearly 3 million square meters in the urban area of Wuxi have been ruthlessly destructed, of which some are filled up with preservation value and featured with historical scene streets of Wuxi region. A professional investigation and analysis of the old buildings and historically featured old streets existing in the urban area of Wuxi with the architectural perspective were conducted. It is suggested that the inheritance and development of the urban traditional function should be stressed in the re construction of urban area, and the spacial measurement of the new streets should be restricted and stressed with the single spacial image of traditional construction being employed in the re design of new buildings, the old buildings with a historical value being recycled and the historically featured streets being preserved in a total sense.
