飞轮动力学分析及其特殊要求下的结构参数优化

摘    要:简要介绍某大型破碎设备及其飞轮结构的特点,建立其飞轮的动力学模型和优化数学表达式,设计并运用飞轮动力学分析与结构优化Matlab程序,研究飞轮在不同速度波动率下的结构尺寸和转动惯量,利用飞轮质量、转动惯量与结构参数之间的内存关系,获得能够满足机器转速平稳性要求的最优飞轮结构尺寸。

Abstract:The structure characteristics of a large-type crusher and the structure specialities of its flywheel are introduced briefly.The dynamics model and optimization expression of this crusher's flywheel are established.Then the Matlab program of dynamics analysis and structure optimization of flywheel are developped.With this program,the structure dimensions and moment of inertia of the flywheel are discussed under different ratios of the flywheel revolution fluctuation.Owing to natural relationship of the mass,the moment of inertia and the strcture dimensions of the flywheel,the flywheel optimum structure parameters which satisfy the need of the placidity of revolution of this crusher have been achieved.
