| 摘 要： | 基于对试验曲线和结果的分析,采用单参数齿轮台架试验的方法,揭示了齿轮各几何参数对其传动效率的影响规律.针对低速重载工况下选择高传动效率、高啮合质量齿轮副的情况,提出了几何参数的选择原则.结果表明,产品设计过程中齿轮几何参数是影响其产品的啮合功损和节能低耗效果的重要因素.

| Abstract: | The experimental method of a single parameter was applied by a gear test-rig.By analyzing the result of the experimental curves,the effect of geometric parameters on transmission efficiency was described.Aimed at the geometric parameters of high efficiency and character's gears being chosen with low velocity and over loading,the selection principle was pointed out.The results show that,in order to save energy and cost consuming of the equipment,the ideal measurement of geometric parameters being chosen is an important factor. |
