| Abstract: | The idea of supply chain management and total quality management are interpreted,and then it is indicated that on the base of supply chain management,we can actualize TQM by some approaches,such as strengthening quality education,constructing quality culture system,actualizing total participation,selecting and managing supplier,establishing quality management system and so on. |
