营养液对油松生长初期酶活性影响的研究

摘    要:以两年生油松为实验材料,分析研究了0.52g·L^-1,1.30g·L^-1,2.60g·L^-1 3种营养液处理及清水对照对油松生长初期酶活性的影响。结果表明:处理2可明显增加根和叶SOD酶活性以及根和茎PPO酶活性的水平;处理3可明显增加根SOD,PPO酶活性和叶PPO酶活性的水平;处理4可明显增加茎SOD酶活性的水平。总之,营养液处理可增大油松苗木体内SOD,PPO酶活性作用的整体水平。

Abstract:Taking the two-year-old Chinese pine as the experimental material, this paper analyzes and researches the impact of three kinds of the Plant nourishing oral liquids(0.52 g· L^-1, 1.30 g· L^-1, 2.60g·L^-1 )on enzyme activation of Chinese pine, and based on the experimental results, points out that the treatment 2 can obviously increase SOD enzyme activation of the root and leaf and also can increase PPO enzyme activation function of the root and stem; the treatment 3 can obviously increase SOD and PPO enzyme activation of the root as well as PPO enzyme activation function of the leaf; the treatment 4 can obviously increase SOD enzyme activation of the stem. And in a word,the three kinds of the plant nourishing oral liquids can increase the integral level of SOD, PPO enzyme activation in the body of nursery stoek of Chinese pine.
