摘    要:以碳纳米管丝网印刷电极为工作电极,建立了利用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法测定鞣花酸的电化学分析方法.结果表明:鞣花酸在电极表面易发生氧化反应,不易发生还原反应,当鞣花酸浓度在4.381×10-6~1.309×10-4mol/L范围内时其溶液浓度与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,最低检出限为1.905×10-6mol/L.2种方法均可以在优化条件下实现快速检测鞣花酸.

Abstract:Set up a new electrochemical-method for the determination of ellagic acid(EA) by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry.The oxidization peak was linearly related to the concentration of EA in the range of 4.381×10-6— 1.309×10-4 mol/L,the detection limit was 1.905×10-6 mol/L.This method was applied in the determination of EA with satisfactory results.
