儿茶酚胺在油/水界面电子传递伏安行为的研究

摘    要:本用四电极系统半微分循环伏安法对儿茶酚胺(多巴胺、多巴酚下胺)在水/硝基苯界面的电子传递进行了研究,得到了在多酚氧化酶催下相儿茶酚爱硝基苯相二茂铁间在水/硝基苯界面电子传递良好的半微分循环伏安峰,在一定条件下,半微分峰的峰高与儿茶酚胺浓度线性相关。有关儿茶酚胺在油/水界面电子传递的机理也进行了讨论。

Abstract:The electron transfer between the catecholamine in water and ferrocene (Fe(CP)2) in nitrobenzene were investigated by semi - differential cyclic voltammetry. The peak of semi - differential cyclic voltammetry have been obtained. Semi - differential peak current(ep) is proportional to the concentration of DA. DBA in given conditions.It can be used for the determination of DA,DBA. The mechanism of the electron transfer between DA(DBA) and Fe(CP)2 redox couples at W/NB interface catalyzed by catechol -oxydase has been studied.
