| 摘 要： | 作为清代八旗制度经济基础的旗地制度进入清代中叶以后开始走向崩溃。首先是一般旗地通过旗民交产等形式向私有土地转化;其次是皇庄和贵族王庄等被丁佃盗卖,直至清末民初被全部丈放。旗地制度的瓦解直接催生东北新兴地主经济的崛起,并为东北地区近代农业商品经济的快速发展奠定了重要基础。

| Abstract: | Banner Land System,as the economic foundation of the Eight Banners System in Qing Dynasty,began to collapse after the middle period of Qing. The reasons were that the assigned banner land was transformed to private-owned land by bannermen's exchange,royal manors and noble manors were stolen and sold by rents,and land desertification was carried out until late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China.
