摘    要:利用时域有限差分法研究了二维光子晶体的光子禁带特性。通过改变二维光子晶体的结构、介电常数配比及缺陷时,得到了相应的数值模拟结果,并作出了分析。这些结果对于设计光子晶体器件有着指导作用。

Abstract:A systematic theoretical investigation was undertaken in order to model the band gap structures of two-dimensional periodic dielectric materials with a finite-difference time-domain method. By altering the ratio of dielectric electric permittivity and being different defect, we got numerical result correspondingly and analysed it. These may give instruction in designing photonic crystal devices.
