微波高压消化罐头样品

摘    要:本文介绍了利用微波炉和聚四氟乙烯罐高压消化刀豆,芦笋等罐头食品,以HNO_2—H_2O_2(2:1)为消化剂,消化6分钟(500W),用分光光度法及原子吸收法测定微量元素含量.结果表明消化方法简便、快速、回收率及准确度高.预期可广泛用于罐头食品的商检分析等领域.

Abstract:A simple and rapid method is described for digesting canned food samples in closed PTFE vessels over microwave oven for a digesting time 6 min. The digesting agent used consists of HNO_3 and H_2O_2 at a ratio of 2 to 1. Then the trace elements from the samples were determined by AAS or Spectrophotometry. The digesting method is simplie to use, reliable and precise enough for routine inspection of commodities.
