癌患者SOD与SPO的初探

对32例食管癌病人和119例健康人的检测结果表明:病人与健康人的Cu·Zn-SOD值之间未见显著差异(P>0.01),但南澳病人血Cu·Zn-SOD值明显低于汕头住院病人(P<0.01).健康人不同年龄组Cu·Zn-SOD值有显著差异(P<0.05),且高龄组17人(平均51岁)普遍都高,其中64％高于400μg/g-Hb,而低龄组73人(平均21岁)中,仅有31％高于此值. 唾液蛋白凝胶电泳相SPO同功酶的分析初步见到一些差异现象.

A Prelimiary Analysis of Salivary Peroxidase Isozyme and Blood Cuprozinc Superoxide Dismutase in the Man Ill with Cancer Carcinoma

Observations made on 32 patients with oesophageal carcinoma and 119 healthy individuals showed that there was no marked difference in blood Cu·Zn-SOD levels between the patients and the healthy persons (P>0.01),but these levels in the patients at Nan'ao Island were obviously lower than those in inpatients at Shantou City. Obvious difference in Cu·Zn-SOD levels was found between different age groups (P<0.05-0.01), generally higher in the older group (average age 51): in 64 percent of 17 older individuals these levels were higher than 400μg/g-Hb, but in only 31 percent of 73 younger (average age 21) individuals were found these high levels. Through the use of gel electrophoresis,sorne differences were also found in the salivary proteinsas as well as on the peroxide isozymes between healthy individuals and patients with oesophageal carcinoma.
