药用植物檀香的药理活性研究进展

檀香(Santalum album Linn)是世界最古老和最珍贵树种之一,也是重要的药用植物,其心材、树叶、种子都有一定的药用价值,在我国乃至整个东南亚地区具有悠久的临床应用历史。由于檀香具有丰富的活性物质,因此其药理作用广泛,得到了众多研究者的关注,也取得了一定的研究成果。本文以檀香治疗的疾病体系为分类综述了目前檀香植物、药材及其不同提取物的药理活性研究进展,为药用植物檀香的综合深入开发提供理论依据。

Research Progress on Pharmacological Effects of Medicinal Plant Santalum Album Linn

Santalum album Linn is one of the oldest and most precious trees as well as medicinal plants in the world. It has a long history of clinical applications in China and other south eastern countries in Asian, with its heartwood, leaf and seed being of great medicinal values. Due to its abundant active components, it possesses versatile pharmacological effects which have drawn interests from many researchers, leading to fruitful proceedings. Hence, in this paper, the pharmacological effects of plant, medicine and different extracts from Santalum album Linn are comprehensively reviewed based on the category of disease system. We believe some of the points and conclusions would provide solid theoretical references for further and comprehensive development of Santalum album Linn.
