摘    要:为了开发一种发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode, LED)光效的非接触式实时检测新方法,采用LED光色电综合测试仪,测量不同电流、不同环境温度下白色LED相对光谱分布和光效,计算蓝白比、蓝光部分质心波长,分析它们与光效之间的关系,得到了一种根据蓝白比和蓝光部分质心波长表征LED光效的方法。研究表明:采用质心波长和蓝白比可以表征LED光效,其平均误差为2 lm/W,符合工程测量准确度要求。可见,本研究对LED产品实际光效的实时测量具有重要意义。

Abstract:In order to propose a new noncontact method for determining the real time luminous efficiency of LED products. The LED relative spectral distributions and luminous efficiency with different drive currents and ambient temperatures were measured with the LED Photoelectric Tester, the B/W ratio, centroid wavelength for blue light were calculated, the relationships between the above parameters and luminous efficiency were analyzed, and then a new method for determining LED luminous efficiency was proposed based on B/W ratio and centriod wavelength. It is shown that LED luminous efficiency can be characterized by centriod wavelength and B/W ratio together, which error is 2 lm/W for average. This method meets the accuracy requirement for Engineering testing. Therefore, this research is very important for determining the LED luminous efficiency in real time.
