机场振动压路机液压系统动态性能检测方法

摘    要:为改善现阶段液压系统动态性能检测通过选用静态检测时的技术指标与准确性指标,把检测到的瞬时值看作常量静态检测数据,得到的动态性能检测结果不合理,不适于动态性能检测的问题。为此,提出一种新的机场振动压路机液压系统动态性能检测方法。通过分析机场振动压路机液压系统控制原理,对振动压路机液压系统动态性能进行分析,在此基础上,设计一种机场振动压路机液压系统动态性能检测系统,将传感器看作数据采集元件,通过涡轮流量计对流量进行采集,利用提取输出电压信号随加载压力改变的特点,间接检测外界压力信号值,通过最小二乘法获取采集数字量与实际压力信号建的映射关系,对压力信号进行标定,通过A/D转换卡把仿真信号转换成数字信号传输至PC机,利用计算机软件完成数据分析和处理,研究出液压系统动态性能检测方法。结果表明,所提方法检测结果可靠,误差低。可见所提方法能够有效对动态性能进行检测。

Abstract:In order to improve the dynamic performance testing of hydraulic system at this stage, the technical index and accuracy index of static testing are selected, and the instantaneous value detected is regarded as constant static testing data. Therefore, a new dynamic performance test method for hydraulic system of airport vibratory roller is proposed. By analyzing the control principle of the hydraulic system of the airport vibratory roller, the dynamic performance of the hydraulic system of the vibratory roller is analyzed. On this basis, a dynamic performance testing system of the hydraulic system of the airport vibratory roller is designed. The sensor is regarded as a data acquisition element, and the flow is collected by the turbine flowmeter. Extract the characteristics of the output voltage signal changing with the load pressure, indirectly detect the external pressure signal value, obtain the mapping relationship between the collected digital quantity and the actual pressure signal by the least square method, calibrate the pressure signal, convert the simulation signal to the digital signal by the A/D conversion card and transmit it to the PC, and use computer software. Complete data analysis and processing, and develop dynamic performance testing method for hydraulic system. The results show that the proposed method is reliable and has low error. It can be seen that the proposed method can effectively detect dynamic performance.
