摘    要:低碳绿色建筑相关规范涉及不同专业领域,传统方法无整体规划技术与详细实施方法,无法实现对低碳绿色建筑的实施规划与辅助,评价精度低。为此,提出一种BIM技术与低碳绿色建筑评价指标体系动态融合机制。建立BIM模型。选用专家调查法,通过网络与问卷调查的方式邀请专业研究人员完成对低碳绿色评价指标体系关键程度法赋值,利用数学AHP求出准则层与目标层的权重向量。依据绿色建筑评价标准,把低碳绿色建筑设计方案划分成4个灰类等级,针对不同灰类,计算白化权函数,得到低碳绿色建筑设计方案的综合评价结果,实现低碳绿色建筑评价指标体系建立。将BIM技术与低碳绿色建筑评价指标体系结合在一起,建立动态融合机制。实验结果表明,所提方法评价准确性高,实用性强。

Abstract:the relevant standards of low carbon green building involve different professional fields. The traditional methods are not integrated planning and detailed implementation methods. It can not realize the implementation planning and auxiliary of low carbon green building, and the accuracy of evaluation is low. Therefore, a dynamic integration mechanism of BIM technology and low-carbon green building evaluation index system is put forward. Establish the BIM model. Through the method of expert investigation, professional researchers are invited to complete the evaluation of the key degree of the low carbon green evaluation index system through the network and questionnaire survey, and the weight vector of the standard layer and the target layer is obtained by using the mathematical AHP. According to the evaluation standard of green building, the design scheme of low carbon green building is divided into 4 grey class grades. According to different ashes, the whitening weight function is calculated, and the comprehensive evaluation result of low carbon green building design scheme is obtained, and the evaluation index system of low carbon green building is established. Combining BIM technology with low carbon green building evaluation index system, a dynamic convergence mechanism is established. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high accuracy and practicability.
