| 摘 要： | 本文通过几年来对中招考生体育测试(30分体育加试)成绩与平时成绩差异的统计,从生理上、心理上探析考生紧张的原因,通过问卷,证实了理论上的分析,并提出了相关的建议,供相关人士参考.虽是抛砖引玉,但也期望达到提高体育课、业余训练的锻炼效果.

| Abstract: | This article analyzed the reasons that students felt nervous in PE test from physiology to psychology , according to the statistics data in comparison with differences between test and ordinary scores . It proved in theory by answering questions and also gave some related suggestions just for reference . It was expected to improve PE course and training although it offered some suggestions. |
