Analyzing and Designing of an Information System in the Achievement Transformation of Science and Technology in University based on B/S Model

With the forward development of network and market economy, the difference is very large between traditional intermediary service artifice of achievement transformation of science & technology in university and advanced network information technology. It's OK to build a information system of intermediary service in university and enterprise. After analyzing foundation of current situation, characteristic and development trend of domestic network industry, a new idea is put forward based on B/S model of university achievement transformation of science & technology, and a system analyzing and designing is given simultaneously.
