On the Reform of Talents Cultivation Pattern in Foreign Language Colleges and Universities

Talents Cultivation Pattern, refers to the designed structure of college students' knowledge, ability and quality , together with its constructive way to realize it, in accordance with the cultivation goal and quality standard of the college or university. The social appraisal on a college's pattern mainly depends on the college talents' exterior characteristics, that is , to see whether the college's talents' qualities can meet the nation, society and even the market's demands or not. Thus, guides the college or university to improve its pattern in the social fitness and the accordance with the goal. This article, based on the education mode in Foreign language colleges and universities, attempts to set up an efficient talents cultivation pattern, through the analyses on itself and its appraisal.
