摘    要:提出以飞秒脉冲作为时间信号的载体进行高精度时间同步测量的方法。基于光学倍频介质和二次谐波效应分析了基于飞秒脉冲相关探测的时间同步测量机理。完成了基于飞秒脉冲的高精度时间同步测量系统构建,研究了时延测量的时域空域参数依赖关系,通过空间延迟线扫描的方式进行系统定标和时延测试。测试结果表明,该方案能够实现10 fs量级的时间同步测量,为高精度时间同步研究提供了新的方法。

Abstract:A high precise time synchronization measurement method by using femtosecond pulses as the time signal carrier is proposed. Based on optical frequency doubling material and second harmonic effect, the femtosecond correlation mechanism for time synchronization measurement is analyzed. Furthermore, the time synchronization measurement system is constructed. The calibration curve measurement and time delay measurements are completed by adopting the scanning optical delay line. The experimental results show that the resolution of time synchronization measurement is 10 fs. This work is promising to be applied in the designing and operating of high precision facilities and future communication networks.
