| 摘 要： | 多功能电能表是以专用单片微型计算机（8031）为核心的机电一体化的智能型电能计量和负荷控制仪表，仪表以计量精确、运行可靠和调校方便为设计原则，具有技术先进、抗干扰能力强和停电维持时间长等优点，是广泛用于各发、供、用电部门和企业实行多费率分时电价，削峰填谷，进行最大需量考核、控制负荷和合理用电、计划用电以及节约用电等科学管理必不可少的计量和控制仪表。

| Abstract: | The designed multifunctional watt-hour meter is a kind of the intellectual type instrument formeasuring the electric energy as well as for load control. A special single chip microcomputer(8031) isemployed as the core,The aim of the design is to attain accurate measure,reliable performance andconvenient regulation,It is an advanced technique with good jamming resistance and a long power-cutmaintaining time. The meter is indispensable for departments like power generation and power supply,aswell as power subscribers and enterprises to fit the requirements of scientific management such as countingfor multi-rate,at different times,reducing peaks and filling up valleys, assessing the maximumconsumption,controlling load and planning a reasonable capacity. |
