摘    要:电解加工一般不会显著地改变工件表面层的特性。加工后的工件表面光滑 ,没有裂纹或其它缺陷。由于这种特性 ,电解加工能有效地应用到最终的光整加工及去处上道工序留下的表面层。在电解加工中应用通用电极可以高柔性地加工成型表面。当应用脉冲电流时可得到更低的粗糙度值。所有推导的结果和实验结论都是基于扁平的矩形电极和脉冲电流所得出的

Abstract:The electrochemical machining process generally does not change the surface layer properties significantly .The surface after machining is smooth, without cracks or other defects. Due to this fact, the electrochemical machining can be efficiently applied in finishing operations for smoothing and for the removal of the surface layer created during previous operations. The electrochemical machining with universal electrode offers the highest flexibility for the machining of sculptured surfaces. The lowest values of deductive and experimental investigations in case of machining with flat rectangular electrode and pulse current are presented.
