铌酸锂晶体的暗电导研究

摘    要:通过对不同组分比(Li/Nb)纯铌酸锂(LiNbO3)晶体电压和电流的测量,发现不同组分比晶体的电导率随温度变化而变化的程度不同.提出小极化子对电导率的作用机制,并分析了LiNbO3晶体中双极化子和小极化子对电导率的影响.最后对所测量的电导率进行拟合,得到了不同组分比晶体的激活能.

Abstract:The pure LiNbO3 crystals with different ratio Li/Nb are tested.Through the measurement of the voltage and the current,it is found that the conductivity of crystals with different Li/Nb ratio vary with temperature at different rate.Moreover,the mechanism of action of polaron on the conductivity is proposed and the influence of the bipolaron and polaron on the conductivity is analyzed.Finally,through fitting a curve to the conductivity measured,we get the activation energies of crystals with different ratio L...
