| 摘 要： | 以重庆市为例,对建筑节能协会、房地产开发企业、施工单位等有关专家进行了问卷调查,了解了一些主要城市住宅建筑外墙节能措施在实际中的应用程度,并将工程造价、施工难度、后期维护、政策支持和客户接受意愿等5个因素对墙体节能措施应用的影响程度进行了统计分析,得出工程造价对墙体节能措施的应用起着决定性的作用;其次是政策支持力度.论文的研究为进一步推动墙体节能措施提供了很好的参考依据.

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the actual application of some main energy-saving methods for the external walls of residential buildings,questionnaire surveys were conducted of professional experts from the building energy-saving association,real estate developers and construction companies.Five impacting factors were analyzed,i.e.cost,construction complexity,operation maintenance,policy support and customer satisfaction.It was concluded that cost played a decisive role and policy support ranked the second. |
