| 摘 要： | 为分析白苞蒿石油醚提取物的化学成分,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对白苞蒿石油醚提取物的化学成分进行分析.结果表明,从白苞蒿石油醚提取物中共分离出58种组分,鉴定出其中的57种,占流出峰总面积的81.565%,以酯类和萜类物质为主,其中含量最多的为酯类,种类最丰富含量其次的为萜类.酯类物质中含量最高的为蓓半萜γ-内酯(24.054%),乔木素(5.825%);萜类物质中含量最高的吉玛烯D(7.993%).本试验的结果可为白苞蒿的进一步开发利用提供依据.
