| 摘 要： | 科举制度是我国历史上持续时间最长并且影响最大的制度之一.高考被称为现代的科举.高考与科举既有相同的人才选拔功能和公正的考试程序、形式,也有不同之处.分析科举制度的优点和弊端,给现阶段的高考改革提供启示:高考长期存在具有合理性,一考定终身局面必须改变,在公正的基础上力求多元化的人才选拔方式.
