中小企业制度改革与核心竞争能力关系的思考--来自对贵州省125家中小企业的调查分析

核心能力和比较竞争优势是中小企业发展的两只翅膀。在数量庞大的中小企业群体发展过程中，为什么失败的远远大于成功的，这一问题一直困扰着从事中小型企业研究的各国学。通过对省内125家有代表性的中小企业的问卷调查和重点访谈，从“制度选择”的角度去研究中小企业制度选择与核心竞争力之间的关系问题。初步研究表明，中小企业产权制度明晰的程度、产权组合方式和产权的结构等与核心竞争力的形成有明显的关系。在此研究的基础上，提出相应对策。

A Deep Thought of Small Business System Reformation and Core Competence--Investigation From 125 Small Enterprises in Guiyang

Core competence and competitive advantage are two key factors for the development of a small business. Many people are confused with some questions: Why is the number of successful business far less than those failed during the development of small business? Is there any link between the success and the enterprise ownership? To explore this question, particularly from the perspective of the choice of ownership, we investigated 125 repetitive enterprises by questionnaire and reports. Our conclusion is that the clearance degree of a small business's ownership, the enterprise cooperation structure and the frame of the ownership are very key factors for the core ability and competitive advantage. Based on this, we also make some suggestion and hypothesis.
