快速路运输有效性的区间DEA评价

摘    要:在快速路建设规划阶段进行运输有效性的评价,可以得出各决策单元运输效益的优劣以及其它一些分析结果,进而可以发现道路的设计是否合理,如何通过工程设计的改变或交通管理的办法使快速路的运输效率达到最优,实现快速路的功能。本文在前人研究的基础上,针对快速路规划阶段许多数据的不准确性和快速路运输有效性的含义,利用IDEA方法建立了城市快速路运输有效性的评价模型,并进行了实证研究。

Abstract:During expressway construction planning, the evaluation for expressway transport effectiveness can obtain the (advantages) and disadvantages of transport benefit on decision making units and other analysis results. In turn, it shows (whether) the design of roads is reasonable or not and how to make expressway transport effectiveness optimal in order to (realize) the function of expressway by changing engineering design or methods of traffic management. Based on the former (research,) for a lot of imprecise data during expressway planning and the meaning of expressway transport effectiveness, the evaluation model of urban expressway transport effectiveness with IDEA is made and the case study is given in this paper.
