| Abstract: | The nourish characteristic of water-chestnut was introduced and the actuality of civil storage , and normal temperature storage, fresh-cut storage , plant diseases and insect pest of water-chestnut were summarized, and the processing actuality of water-chestnut was also induced in this article, and the research direction of synthetic using of water-chestnut was also discussed. |
