| 摘 要： | 论述了遗传多样性研究在物种保护中的地位，并介绍了同工酶和蛋白质分析，限制性片段长度多态标记，多聚酶链式反应，随机扩增多态性ＤＮＡ，扩增和错配对检测以及基因克隆和转移等分子生物学技术在遗传多样性研究中的应用前景。
