运用零件数据关联实现装配体参数化设计

摘    要:将机械产品的装配模型抽象成两个零件的逐层级联关系,提出在装配节点建立零件模型的数据传递和继承关系,实现装配体参数化设计的方法。简述了装配模型的数据关联关系,对零件对象到几何模型、再到参数化模型中的数据关联进行了深入分析,并根据装配要求完成参数化零件数据的装配适应性改造。运用该方法在Pro/E系统中实现了减速器的参数化设计。

Abstract:Assembly model of mechanical product was abstracted into hierarchical relations between parts.Based on the analysis of parametric parts' data correlative and transmission,data heritage and transmission on assembly joint were built and parametric design for assembly was studied.According to data correlative of assembly model,parameter matching and connection between parts,geometry model and parametric model were analyzed,and then data of parametric parts were adaptively restructured according to assembly command.As an example,parametric design of transmission was developed based on Pro/E system.
