压实机位置对垃圾填埋场边坡部土工膜受力的影响

摘    要:为了评价垃圾填埋过程中土工膜端部产生的张拉力,特别是压实机位置对边坡部土工膜受力的影响,进行了模拟试验和数值分析.采用离心加载模拟试验,得到了压实机位置与短纤维无纺布和土工膜端部张拉力的关系.试验结果表明:伴随垃圾压缩短纤维无纺布和土工膜端部产生张拉力;当边坡部上方有压实机行走时端部张拉力会增加,压实机越接近边坡部土工膜端部张拉力越大,而且端部张拉力的增量超过垃圾重量引起的张拉力.采用有限元算法对短纤维无纺布和土工膜端部张拉力进行了分析,计算结果与试验结果基本一致.压实机位置对边坡部土工膜端部张拉力的影响比较大.

Abstract:To evaluate the variatio n of tensile force creat ing at the sho ulder o f HDPE ( high density po lyethy tene) g eomembrane in the course of f illing , especially the influence of the locat ion o f roller compacto r o n tensile fo rce of HDPE geomembrane placed on the slope, cent rifug al model exper iment s and FEM ( finite elemetn method) analy sis w ere conducted. T he r elat ionship betw een the location of roller compacto r and tensile forces w as obtained by cent rifugal model exper iment in the co urse of f illing . The result show s that the tensile fo rces ar e caused w ithin HDPE geomembrane by compact ion w ork of the w aste, and that the tensile forces increase w hen the r oller compacto r r uns to the slope. It also show s that the clo ser the slope, the big ger the tensile force, and that the incr ement of tensile fo rce is larger than that of tensile fo rce created by w aste. The tensile fo rces w er e analy zed by FEM, and the calculat ion values w ere similar to the ex perimental values.
