| 摘 要： | 利用活动标架，得到关于Ｆｉｎｓｌｅｒ空间的一些基本公式和结果，并研究了具有退化黎曼曲率的Ｆｉｎｓｌｅｒ空间的几何，特别地，这个空间可以由摄影球丛具有平坦的叶状结构的水平分布来刻划。

| Abstract: | By moving frames, the basic formulas and some results on a Finsler space (M, F) and geometry of Finsler spaces with vanishing Riemann curvature are studied . In particular, the space is characterized by horizontal distribution of projec tive sphere bundle to have flat foliation. |
