自适应除噪技术在轧钢机故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:在试验的基础上,本文提出了把自适应除噪技术(ANCT)用于轧钢机滚动轴承故障诊断的方法。测试分析结果表明,自适应除噪技术能有效地去除在轴承信号中混杂的干扰噪声,提高轴承的信噪比,使轴承的故障特征表现得更为明显

Abstract:On the basis of experiment,this paper exposes a method of applying ANCT(Adaptive Noise Cancelling Technique) to failure diagnosis of rolling bearing of rolling mill. The analysis of the experiment proves thst ANCT can efectively remove the interference noise from the bearing signal and raise the signal to noise ratio.It makes the failure characteristic more outstanding.
